This count checks a lot of boxes such as:
* wave 4 completes at the .382 and in the price territory of the lower degree 4.
* wave 4 alternates in structure (zig zag vs complex) and in depth (wave 2 shallow, 4 deep)
* the time spent in 4 compared to the time spent in 2 is just over equal (2 & 4 should tend towards equality with 4
commonly being slightly longer)
