Bitcoin failed to rise

Hi guys, let's review the current situation on Bitcoin.

After Grayscale winning case against SEC, Bitcoin jumped from 26k to 28k. The only problem here was that it couldn't hold there even for 1 day. Basically, Bitcoin started to plunge immediately after the rise. At the moment Bitcoin lost all it gained after recent rise.
There some correction phase expected after such fall. It may rise up to 27500 but I don't expect that it will go higher than that.
Overall I expect that Bitcoin will continue to plunge towards 25k and lower.
