it's my first publish idea and i have a quick advice for Not professional ( you can read it amateurs )
Don't confuse yourself with low time frame charts
always imagine a bigger picture. there are a lot of traps in smaller time frames.
for instance i'm using 1D or 4H for finding channels, trends and support resistance levels.
if you aren't Pro , then you will loose money in 15Min or 5Min time frames.

here is my 4H chart. i'm positive that it's a bearish channel and at 30k we are hitting a strong support level.
bullish respond ----> target : 36K then 40K
bearish respond ----> target : 24K then 18K
Don't trade sometimes , just wait for right direction
