Trend line since 2019. Second target is 54

The first target was touched, when Bitcoin was $34, I wrote that we will go up to 47,000. Currently, according to the COMO cloud, in the 4-hour period and comparing it with the one-hour period, the lowest point is 43, and in the next two to four weeks, Bitcoin will reach 54, after which the price will drop to 27. But why 54? According to the trend line that started from the lowest price in 2019 and until now Bitcoin has reacted to this line every time. After the price of 27, we will probably have the second target, which is the price of 20, or maybe we will fasten our belts directly to climb the halving.
