CELR has its own share of parabolic upside movements. As with all tokens, a period of pull back was expected. I think we might be expecting a resumption of the up side movements based on TA and FA.
There are two ways to enter this trade IMO. The aggressive one which will be in the trade already at the lower PE or wait for the bearish PE to be broken. I am already in and will DCA if it drops lower. Exit points are on the chart.
