DELTACORP : It's time to be cautious

The company has encountered significant challenges stemming from repeated issues with the tax department. Initially, it was the imposition of a 28% GST on the betting amount, followed by the substantial Rs 11,139 crore tax liability.

Given the uncertainty surrounding how these circumstances will ultimately affect the company's long-term profitability, it is advisable to exercise caution when considering investments in its stock.

I currently hold a position equivalent to approximately 1.25% of my capital, and I intend to maintain this position without further additions until a clearer understanding of the situation emerges.
