ES1 Pump and dump

Looks to me like the algos are setting up for another pump and dump.

A little different than usual, sell on light volume off hours, buy back in on high volume during market hours. Regardless, the computers never lose money, so I expect an overnight pump and dump either late tomorrow or Friday.

That is how the algos work, buy on high volume, pump on light volume, dump on high volume.

Keep an eye on indicators, when they get overbought, sell.

AAPL calls will probably work better than index ETFs if you think they're gonna do an overnight pump again.

Filled the gap as expected, we'll see what happens tonight....

Expecting both Asia and Euro markets to bounce, predicting a gap up tomorrow.

Komen:

Asian markets down, but US futures more or less flat. Looks like it;s up to teh Euros to decide the morning gap.

Komen:

If I had to guess, I'd guess more whipsaw, but this time I think we get a gap up since I still expect China and Euro markets to bounce at some point. When they bounce, then we get a gap up.

I wouldn't trade indices in this whipsaw,. though I suppose Dec puts might be in order, at some point I expect a dip to draw in new buyers.

Looks to me like we finally get the pump and dump tonight.

So much accumulation in futures, the computers have to jack it up so they can sell.

I guess I was a day off, it's all guesswork when it falls out of a pattern.
