EUR/NZD BULLISH REVERSAL TO BE FORMED
As we can see price is clearly overall bearish trading inside this channel, making clean lower lows and lower highs.
However, price is approaching a strong support zone, price now is trading around our strong support zone.
1-From a technical edge
We will be searching for bullish reversal setups, for the bulls to kick in we need a new swing high to be formed around the trendline then a break.
2-From a Risk management edge 1-2 Risk to reward ratio
Until this scenario happens, we are bearish, and we can still trade lower and lower.
