FACEBOOK >SELL< IN PRICE: Any thoughts on this move?

A harasher competitive landscape for the digital advertising due to a recent AAPL privacy change ROSENBLATT SECURITIES downgrades FACEBOOK, from BUY to Neutral with a $400 price target. the firm previosly believed that faecbooks users/data scale trumped all competitive encroachments and on/off balks from ad buyers.... this also as well due to Apples new iphone update... it took away facebooks trump card... HOWEVER anything could happen in the market, but im betting on a sell tho about 89% on it, BUT please check this info and check on the chart as well out for yourself to see how it will play out. trade safely.
