More downside for the GBPJPY before conviction to the upside.
The pound yen fulfilled the bear case that we drew out last week. Price will continue to trade in a choppy manner. There are areas of liquidity on both sides but it seems like the path of least resistance lies on the downside.
BEAR CASE
We think price will continue to find downward momentum before rebounding at the 149–150 levels.
BULL CASE
Price will need to fake out to break the 150.62 level before price can find upward momentum.
Either BULL/BEAR case, we are looking for a short this coming week.
