"Shorts Crushed"?? ...not really

Headlines for clickbait this morning are saying that the "Dollar Shorts are getting crushed". Sensationalism aside I don't agree. The major instruments to watch being EURUSD, Dollar futures, and Gold are having very minor of pullbacks from their clear trends. Gold busted right through its former all-time-high and is staying. Inflation still in full effect across asset prices even if it is not yet pricing into CPI metrics.
