Recent price action in 
IONQ and small caps ( 
RUT ) has been interesting pre and post FED. IONQ seems to have decoupled from the rest of the rally today. IMO it appears as though it may consolidate into earnings. I expect management to be right on track as usual and perhaps we will break out towards and past the 150day EMA depending on sales, bookings and tech updates. Time will tell....

Airforce contract news super bullish. Not sure we'll ever see these prices again. Hope you accumulated early!
