With BTC going nuts, I don't think we should look at X/BTC prices for the time being, at least until everything is settled. Still it has influence, and we could see more KMD/BTC drop before any rise

Everything is on the chart, fundamentals looks good, even if maybe subpar to concurence according to some. Great ideas, doubtful marketing/volatility

Risky trade, especially now, I would not put too much in it

After getting huge profits, you can buy back the original stack at current price (7.66$) at the lower end of the bullflag. Risk/reward is decent enough to reinvest the original stack, but price still too high to invest more
keep the profits for either a new trade opportunity, or to invest long term in an undervalued project (i have few under the hood)
