According to the chart NEO is in a channel, couldn't break it's past year highs along with BTC trying to break 60k. My indicators says to me that it may be entering some rough territory, but depending on how BTC moves past or below 60k I believe NEO will respond in the same manner.
even though i've seen NEO diverge from BTC in this recent run a few times, btc always catches up, & vice versa.
if btc fails to break 60k again i think neo will see a short run up past 53 to around 56 come back to consolidate some more then hopefully run with btc breaking 60k. possibly to 80-100 very soon.
