NVDA is definitely in a consolidation stage. Whether or not it is a distribution or accumulation is the question on every investor / trader's mind right now. As you can see from the box drawn, the consolidation range it has formed into, and gradually moving ever so tight between 505 to 551 range. While the volume activity has steadily decrease as you can see from the arrow I drew below. Most of the time, accumulation occurs after a downtrend while a distribution occurs after an uptrend. In this case, NVDA was experience a significant upgrade after the Covid crash. So only time will tell, especially as it gets closer to their report for Q1 on the 17th of Feb.

Seeing that IV is decent at about an average of 40% (which means premium are cheaper for buying call options), I probably buy to open a long LEAP, and be looking to open more depending on things pan out.
