Company's Overview
RITES Limited is a company in India that was started in 1974. It is a government-owned company and is known for its expertise in transportation consulting and engineering. The company is the only export arm of Indian Railways for providing rolling stock overseas.

Technical
As visible from the chart price has retested its resistance multiple times and came back to the support level. today it has closed with a fairly good green candle and almost touched the resistance. It has all potential to break its trend line and we can anticipate a significant move above the Line. However we have to wait for a strong confirmation. If the candle breaks its resistance and sustaining above the line, entry can be initiated. One can trade by putting 1:1 risk reward ratio.

Today, the price of Rites LTD. has given good run-up again as we anticipated in our previous analysis from the last trading day. Although the overall market closed in a red, this stock broke the 390 level and closed above it, where our entry got initiated.
The strategy is still intact we discussed earlier, more importantly it is crucial to set a stop-loss (SL) level, as it can help minimize our risk in case the trade goes against us. We will exit once it hits the target.

Such an Impressive move! Stock has almost reached to its target level and on the way to achieve this millstone.

After getting our trade Initiated, the stock did fall all the way to 382 level but we never exited because of the right selection of Stop Loss. This only happens when you follow the proper risk and reward ratio, and eventually your patience will work as an essential factor for success.

7% done and dusted, it was an amazing trade. Although there were moments where our patience was tested but we remained confident in our analysis and it paid off in the end.

Now this is called impactful Breakout. Cheers to those who were still holding this.

After reaching our initial target, it never stopped and continued to rise. It recently experienced a second significant breakout, surpassing the previous strong breakout. Today, it reached an impressive level of 500, marking a 30% increase from our entry point.
