Two Broadening Wedges Descending Do We Continue With The Bulls

We have two Broadening Wedges Descending back to back and that makes for a mighty interesting price development. The price target for each is different. So which one do we follow. I'll take the larger dominant pattern and take the second one for confirmation. Do we get lift off? I say we do. The Russell is lagging a bit behind the other major indices so it'll be a bit of catch up and some time.
