Is Silver About to rally 40% or more?

I've been calling this move for months. The washout low rotation in the US stock market is indicative of a deleveraging event tied to global capital exiting traditional (technology and small cap) investments. I called this rotation back in Sept 2018. The question now becomes... will this capital flush back into the US equities markets or will it migrated to Gold and Silver attempting to act a a hedge against a slowing global economy?
