Today we are here to talk about the SXP500 index.
Today: The index is trading at 43 93. In the last trading session, we saw a price correction to the zone below 4415 and this is a little lower, I spoke about this earlier, here is a link to the idea.
What's on the market now:
The market is in sideways movement and has come to a critical point. Yesterday the market formed a local peak at the price of 45 13. Globally, the market is sandwiched between 2 levels - 1) 47 50 and 2) 37 80. Moreover, the market is likely to move to the level of 45 80, and we need to take this into account.
What are we waiting for today:
Today we are waiting for price stabilization, and movement to 44 50 and above. However, the probability of price movement to the level of 44 30 remains.
What I recommend:
If you want to open short:
It is better not to open a short position, a sharp upward price movement is possible.
If you want to buy:
Long positions are possible below 44 15. Limit your losses to the last low.
