Will explain why market will go up

Please, look at the chart that SPX broke the long term downside trend since this year early-January .

If you see my previous analysis I was very bearish since middle of 2022.

Normally long term down trend reversal last at least 6months.

Upside has shown for 3months now.

I personally belive that one more quarter is left to play bullish further more.

1st. the gold price is holding strongly.
2nd. the copper price is holding strongly.
3rd. goverment yield is falling sharply.
4th. Dollar index is indicating bearish signs now.

I saw lots of positivie signals in 2020 march despite the covid crashing destroyed all equities.

This pattern looks similar now.

I would not saying that SVB bankruptcy is a good news. However it can lower the inflation which Fed wanted so far.

This month Fed will raise only 25bp. And probably consider to stop in May FOMC.

Would you invest after Powell announces good news all over to all people?!


Why?!


That is not that how the market operates.
Market moves in advance.
Market moves with peoples’ fear.

Do you think SVB and Leman Brothers are same?

Come on... SVB is global market cap only 2019th....

Leman was 4th biggest Invest bank in 2008 which it was bigger than Charles and Goldman

Today could be the bottom of the market.

Market is heading to soft landing with bad news. Because bad things are what Fed wanted to happen to create soft landing.

Fed might stop raising interest rate this year May.

people asked me a lot about credit suisse situation right now.

I concern a lot but I also optimistic.

what I mean is that this circumstance can be a trigger for the FED to stop raising interest rate and pivot.

I will stay with this analysis.

ECB raised 50bp.
This is hella good news for stock market.
Because it means that ECB is confident with Credit Suisse issue.

People are in fear bcoz of 2008 crash.
But this fundamental will only create bull run ironically
