Latest developments,Cupid Ltd promoter Aditya Kumar Halwasiya added 1.18crores shares at Rs209.
Further company allotted 88.91Lakhs shares at Rs225 pref shares to new investors, which includes Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, Cupid Ltd (22.23Lakhs shares each), Columbia Petrochem Pvt Ltd (44.45Lakhs shares).
