Time New Bank / US Dollar (Undervalued digital asset)

Little chart data shown nevertheless I managed to define significant levels, S/R parallel line and some targets.
Well, we all watched how it was declining since it was brought in Bitfinex.
It already has registered a new bottom of around 7 cents. Then hopefully a pullback took place.
Now it's time to monitor carefully and look for the opportunities the market will give us.
In my opinion, after a certain period of time of tapering side trend eventually it will shoot up making a new cycle inherent to most of the cryptos.
