After Tesla perfectly retested the previous all time high just a couple of weeks ago, we now witnessed a quite expected rejection of about -50%. However market structure remains still bullish and if we see some bullish confirmation, a substantial move higher will follow soon.

It really seems like the worst is over on Tesla and with a potential bullish break and retest, Tesla still remains in an overall bullish market. Despite the recent drop of -55%, Tesla forms bullish market structure and this monthly candle will be just very important.

With pretty decent volatility lately, Tesla is actually about to close above the key support area with the monthly candle of March. This would be a significant achievement considering the +20% rejection wick and the overall bullish trend still remains valid.
