UNI is attempting to form a double bottom, and finally establish some structure. It is possible that we see a bullish break out if a strong double bottom formation occurs.

It broke down off the trend line and support failure. Now we see if it will form a new double bottom. The last one didn't have quite enough velocity.

A new double bottom formed. A bit more velocity but still not quite enough to flip sentiment...yet
