US30 on strong resistance. Will fall

In early January, the price rose and broke through the support line.
Then it fixed on it and continued to grow.

Last week, the price returned to support (immediately dropping, without the correction I expected).

I finalized the schedule. Now the price is at the resistance line 31169.
This is a strong line from September 2020.
Over the last week, the price attempted a breakout, went beyond the line, but fell again.
The price has consolidated towards the line and I expect it to collapse.
The price will fall and come to the support zone (intersection of two strong lines).
Target - 30726.
