On 1H, cup and handle pattern, cup is completed, wait for handle,
two possibilities, if there is still buying momentum and bull continues to grow up
and cross the SL region as mentioned 1.3398 then we can buy.
2nd if bulls lost momentum and no buying pressure then price will
reject from previous Resistance about 1.338 and might give a fake breakout.
Better to wait and watch the breakout then take entry
