What´s next for the US dollar?
As everything is depending on how the FED will determine the current economic situation in the USA one could make a case for both a continued strength off the USD until the FED will cut interest rates. However, a slight indication of earlier than expected cuts will weaken the USD significantly and will come as quite a surprise for the market.
In my opinion, the dollar is in a WXY correction of a larger ABC.
The alternative (blue count) is that the wave B of the larger ABC is already over and we are in the beginning of a wave 3 of C that will bring price down a lot.
I´m leaning towards more dollar strength for the coming weeks as my main scenario.
