A Mindful Trade VIX
Good Morning Mindful Traders,
Started the day with a great meditation sesh, walking the dog, a roller blade for myself (Some ice under my eyes for the sleepy bags XD) Always remember these things - Are the important things that help us stay focused and trade well. Drop me a line in the comments for your self care tactics while trading.
VIX - This is a great indicator to let us know at which points will the S&P the most volatile.
Currently VIX is in a flag - and we are looking for an upward breakout towards 27.6 This does look like it will happen however as always lets wait for confirmation. The Channel could continue down to 24.9 which would present a better Long trade opportunity.
