Additionally, hawkish remarks by regional Federal Reserve policymakers boosted the US Dollar, leading to expectations that the Fed may keep rates higher for longer. This Fedspeak helped the Greenback recover from the decline triggered by Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell's dovish speech.
