The price of gold (XAU/USD) experienced a significant drop of over 2% on Monday, marking its largest daily decline since June 13, 2022. This decrease was primarily attributed to diminishing concerns about a broader conflict in the Middle East, which led to a reduced demand for traditional safe-haven assets.
