Hello Asia Session 19-03, this is the plan for today

It not easy to trade on Fed day, but now we need to close all order.
Looking for the high ground to put the short.
It may be here but may be much higher up to 2200 to make double top .
I have two plan
1. Sell on 2195 SL 2210 tp 2100
2. Sell right before news tp 2100

10 min before news release i will decide.
