DETAILS - This is being published at 12:15-ish AM ET. See that arc and that line? That arc MUST HOLD UNTIL 3:30 AM ET, about another 200 minutes. If that is true, and price gets BACK ON TOP OF THIS LINE at 3:30 AM, then this thing will hit 2428-2432 around 8:30 AM ET. So 300 minutes after the gold arrow here. If the conditions are not met, then it's not necessarily bearish, but it won't be "on time" whatever is after that. So this is a call for a CONDITIONAL binary outcome.
