Today, the price of gold exhibited a trend of opening low and closing high, consistent with our analysis over the weekend that there would be a downward trend followed by an upward trend. Due to the decline in the US dollar index, the market showed further upward movement, with a short-term resistance level of attention at $1,990.
Personal trading strategy: Enter a short position near $1,990-2,000, with a downside target of attention at $1,970-1,960. Before the release of non-farm payroll data, it is expected that the market will continue to operate within this range.
