I overlaid the 2017 fractal with today's fractal. I matched the bottom of wave 2 for both of them, to get the wave 3 level.

By the way, don't try and match fractal time to determine next wave dates. The 2020 XRP graph has been taking 4 times longer than the 2017 fractal. Will be interesting to see how long the wave 2 and 4 accumulation periods take.
