XXII, a company that has focused on reducing nicotine in Tabaco growing operations, and also has a ready to ship no nicotine cig.
If FDA continues with the plan to regulate companies to produce less nicotine in their smoking products, there is no telling how high this could go as competitors will need to license XXII's patented process.
I wouldn't be shocked to hear that CVS takes some stake in this and or distribution process for their nicotine free cigs.
