USD Liquidity Regime for BTC Perps (Dual)
This intents to be a BTC Perps USD Liquidity Regime macro indicator.
As it names states it is designed for BTCUSDT perpetual futures traders.
It attempts to tracks USD strength (DXY, UUP, yields, VIX composite) as liquidity proxy:
How to use:
Green background/histogram: Favor longs — rallies likely, dips bought.
Red: Caution longs — corrections hurt, short bias possible.
Blue line (index) vs red SMA: Crosses signal regime shifts.
Histogram strength: Bigger bars = stronger bias.
This is not intended as financial advise or trigger signal tool.

- Lower index = weak USD = Risk-On (green background/histogram = long tailwind for BTC).
- Higher = strong USD = Risk-Off (red = caution longs, shorts favor).

Optimised macro regime indicator for BTCUSDT perpetual futures traders.Tracks USD liquidity via composite index (DXY 40%, US10Y 30%, VIX 30%):
Lower index = weak USD = Risk-On (green = long tailwind for BTC)
Higher = strong USD = Risk-Off (red = caution longs, short bias)
How to use:
Green background/histogram: Favor longs — rallies likely, dips bought
Red: Caution longs — corrections hurt, short bias possible
Blue line vs red EMA: Crosses signal regime shifts
Histogram strength: Bigger bars = stronger conviction
v2 Optimisations:
Removed UUP (redundant with DXY)
VIX weight tripled (crypto is a pure risk asset)
EMA(14) smoothing for faster response
Adjustable normalisation period (default 100 bars)
Educational macro context tool — use as a filter, not an entry signal.
Best combined with price action/momentum for entry timing.
