Relative Strength Index (RSI) - MotiveWave versionThis is an updated RSI version of the original RSI built-in indicator where the oversold and overbought areas are highlighted.
People who are familiar with MotiveWave, this RSI updated version has a similar look as the RSI indicator in MotiveWave.
Enjoy it!
Relative Strength Index (RSI)
RSI + Support/Resistance Zones + EMAThis indicator enhances the RSI with support and resistance zones and an EMA.
RSI: a regular RSI (default: orange / 14 period)
EMA: an EMA on the RSI (default: light gray / 10 period)
RSI support/resistance zones
SR-Zones for bull markets: In a bull market the price tends to find resistance between 80 and 90 and support between 40 and 50 RSI.
SR-Zones for bear markets: In a bear market the price tends to find resistance between 55 and 65 and support between 20 and 30 RSI.
The concept of these support and resistance zones has been popularized by Constance Brown in her book Technical Analysis for the Trading Professional . The SR zones are described in the first chapter which is available in the preview section on Amazon.
RSI-EMA
The EMA on the RSI can also be used as support and resistance. For example, you can be use it for a simple strategy such as the following: In an uptrend after a significant correction during which the RSI has been below the EMA for some time, wait for the RSI to cross above the EMA to go long and exit (partially) after the RSI crossed down the EMA.
Hint: All visual elements (RSI, EMA, support zones) can be enabled/disabled and adjusted individually.
Smart AlertsThis indicator provides back-tested signals and alerts from multiple technical indicators.
No more guessing whether or not you should trust an indicator. See your indicators' past performance at a glance.
No more false alarms. Disable re-painting of signals.
When multiple indicators overlap, a Confluence indicator will print (large triangle). With your settings properly tuned, this will show a HIGH probability of a move.
Current Signal/Alert Options (more to come):
RSI Oversold
RSI Overbought
EMA Crossing Up
EMA Crossing Down
Buy Signal Confluence
Sell Signal Confluence
Instructions:
-Enable/disable individual indicators so you can fine tune one at a time
-Adjust the indicator's settings
-Adjust your trade parameters (Max Wait, Take Profit %). Signals that would have given the desired profit in the time allowed will be painted orange.
-Repeat this process with each indicator until you're satisfied

Relative Momentum IndexThe RMI indicator is intended as a general upgrade to the RSI indicator based on logical improvements to the underlying mathematics of the RSI function.
The first change is that the RMI indicator uses the maximal change in price in both directions rather than simply the change in the closing price to better capture the relative momentum in each direction. The second change is that the the ratio between bullishness and bearishness is passed through a log function rather than the 1/(1+x) function to remove the processing artefacts caused by the EMAs and the compression within the restricted range. As a result, the RMI is an unbounded centred oscillator, although it is usually at a similar value to the RSI indicator doubled and centred at zero. The bands are intended to make differences between values more visible at a glance and for interface familiarity with the RSI indicator, though their levels are arbitrary and not intended as overbought/oversold signals.
The practical effect of these changes are that divergences are easier to see since the indicator is not compressed at extreme values and divergence strategies based on the RMI indicator are slightly more accurate. The list of occasions on the included DJI Weekly chart where the RMI divergence strategy correctly predicted a reversal while the RSI did not are as follows: July 1932, June 1962, May 1970, November 1987, May 2021
Stochastic & RSIThis script is a simple extension of the Built-In Stochastic RSI that also plots the RSI and prints the values of ATR and ADX of the last bar of the current timeframe to a small table in the corner.
The script can be used to define the entry for a trade when the stochastics crossed and RSI is below or above 0.50 (for going long or short).
OANDA:BTCUSD
I like to use the Stochastics and RSI indicators for pullback strategies, and with this inidcator you dont have to add both indicators to your setup. The ATR can be used to define the value of your stop-loss and the ADX (e.g. > 25) give you a hint for the strength of the current trend.
RSI Signals by HBRELATIVE STRENGTH INDEX (RSI)
This is a tool that is widely used
Especially for Overbought and Oversold systems, but I have made some changes in this indicator,
How to use it...!
I have set it as the default setting
- RSI Length: 7
- Overbought: 70
- Oversold: 30
What is unique about this tool?
we can see 3 conditions:
1) RSI Overbought / Oversold with Bullish Engulfing / Bearish Engulfing
2) RSI Overbought / Oversold with Hammer and Shooting Star
3) RSI Overbought / Oversold with 2 Bullish Bars / 2 Bearish Bars
4) RSI Overbought / Oversold with All Patterns at the same time
When the RSI reaches its Oversold line, the code will wait for Bullish Engulfing pattren , when oversold and Bullish engulfing matched, This indicator will generate a buy signal when the condition is met,
and same as for Bear market, When the RSI reaches its Overbought line, the code will wait for Bearish Engulfing pattren , This indicator will generate a sell/exit signal when the condition is met,
2nd condition is that a Hammer candle will be waited for when RSI touches the Overbought line, for Bullish Move
and Shooting Star candle will be waited for when RSI touches the Overbought line, for Bullish Move, for Bearish Move
3rd Condition is also the same as Condition 1 and Condition 2,
When the RSI reaches its Oversold line, the code will wait for 2 Bullish Bars , when oversold and 2 Bullish Bars matched then this indicator will generate a buy signal, and same as for Bear market,
When the RSI reaches its Overbought line, the code will wait for 2 Bearish Bars , when overbought and 2 Bearish Bars matched then this indicator will generate a Sell signal,
4th Condition is that we can use All Conditions at the same time,
- Bullish Engulfing / Bearish Engulfing
- Hammer and Shooting Star
- 2 Bullish Bars / 2 Bearish Bars
The Money Vikings RSIGradient color RSI will help the Vikings determine if they are sailing the seas for their next pillage (Oversold), or blood on the land that will send them back to the seas to fight another day (Overbought). The color gradient helps to easily identify the current situation of the sentiment. The High/Low bands are set at a standard 70 and 30. An Oversold situation will be identified with an aqua blue and an Overbought situation will be identified with red. Revisions expected in the future.
Volume, Momentum and Volatility weighted moving averageMoving averages are filters on price data. This moving average creates a filter which factors in:
- the price RSI or it's Momentum
- the volume RSI
- the RVI or Volatility
Each factor is put through a least squares filter to smooth them first.
Then the factors are used to build a coefficient for an exponentially weighted average.
The chart above shows a comparison of standard average types with this script.
This is useful if you are looking for a moving average based trigger and do not wish to react to candle noise price action.
Combo Backtest 123 Reversal & RSI based on ROC This is combo strategies for get a cumulative signal.
First strategy
This System was created from the Book "How I Tripled My Money In The
Futures Market" by Ulf Jensen, Page 183. This is reverse type of strategies.
The strategy buys at market, if close price is higher than the previous close
during 2 days and the meaning of 9-days Stochastic Slow Oscillator is lower than 50.
The strategy sells at market, if close price is lower than the previous close price
during 2 days and the meaning of 9-days Stochastic Fast Oscillator is higher than 50.
Second strategy
This is the new-age indicator which is version of RSI calculated upon
the Rate-of-change indicator.
The name "Relative Strength Index" is slightly misleading as the RSI
does not compare the relative strength of two securities, but rather
the internal strength of a single security. A more appropriate name
might be "Internal Strength Index." Relative strength charts that compare
two market indices, which are often referred to as Comparative Relative Strength.
And in its turn, the Rate-of-Change ("ROC") indicator displays the difference
between the current price and the price x-time periods ago. The difference can
be displayed in either points or as a percentage. The Momentum indicator displays
the same information, but expresses it as a ratio.

Coded by vaidab.
A simple strategy to buy dips in an uptrend.
How to use:
- buy on trend when price retraces to the orange "buy" line and compound orders
- sell when price reaches red line (stop loss) or at 💰 (take profit)
Note that you can reverse trade on the 💰 sign for a short scalp / day trade.
Uptrend: green/red background. Danger zone: orange bg. No go zone: no bg.
Potential buys (in a clear trend): 55, 100, 200 EMA touches and
fibo retracements to .382 and .618.
Potential stop loss: when price breaks the 200 EMA (marked by a red line).
Exit signs: opposite trend divergences (RSI).
Take profit: EMA 55 crossing down EMA 100.
Use it in confluence with market structure. E.g. If 200 EMA ligns up with
past market structure, if there are whole numbers or if there's a monthly level.

RSI timeframe combinationThis indicator displays the RSI levels of two different timeframes defined by the user (default value are 5mins and 15mins) with the overbought (default 70) and oversold (default 30) levels.
[Mehrok]-Relative Strength IndexI have attempted to modify existing RSI Model and add some more features to it. Below are the features.
DC High Line - Basis Donchian Channel concept i have added high line. Period can be selected in indicator options. Usage: Let's say i am tracking 90 day High period of RSI which will be shown with orange line on chart. If this orange line is breached it means RSI has made new high. Basis position of RSI we can determine if need to be in trade or exit.
DC Low Line - Basis Donchian Channel concept i have added low line. Period can be selected in indicator options. Usage: Let's say i am tracking 90 day Low period of RSI which will be shown with aqua line on chart. If this aqua line is breached it means RSI has made new low. Basis position of RSI we can determine if we can enter the trade or not.
DC MID Line - DC High + DC LOW / 2 gives a mid line which act as important resistance or support level.
Buy and Sell Zone: I have added two dotted lines which clearly indicate 55 and 45 levels in RSI. Above 55 is considered as sell zone and below 45 as buy zone. You can change the settings basis your need.
Mid Line: Indicator also show mid line at RSI 50 level which makes easier to understand if RSI is above mid line or below. It improves visualization of the indicator.
Table Identifies the Price Extensively Using RSI, MA, and ATR ⬤ INDICATOR KEY
⬤ INTRODUCTION
The indicator has presented as a table to show the perspective result of different indicators to help the user identify the status of the price if it’s extended or not. The table starts with the ATR section, which gives out a better look to compare the current day’s candle wide versus the average candle wide of a certain length of period that selected by the user. The second section of the table, showing RSI values at the most common upper timeframes, and the different percentages between the current price and long-term moving average entered by the user.

RSI Over EMA (Range Lines)This is another version of the RSI over EMA Trend Sniper script that I released here:
This one gives you better control across pairs wither higher volatility with the extra lines and more alert possibilities.
Here are the useful Alert functions within this indicator:
LONGS:
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Lower Green line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Upper Green line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Lower Amber line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Upper Amber line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Lower Red line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Upper Red line
SHORTS:
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing DOWN (Short Alert) on the Lower Green line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing DOWN (Short Alert) on the Upper Green line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing DOWN (Short Alert) on the Lower Amber line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing DOWN (Short Alert) on the Upper Amber line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing DOWN (Short Alert) on the Lower Red line
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing DOWN (Short Alert) on the Upper Red line
You can setup alerts for the Aqua line (RSI Line) 'crossing up' (Long Alert) or 'crossing down' (Short Alert) on any of the colored EMA lines.
By default the lines are spread out at 10/20/30 and that should cover high volatility charts. But, this is customizable and you can reduce the size of Green/Amber/Red lines to try and get a better more focused setup for whichever coin you are trading on. I have found this version of the RSI over EMA to work better with alt coins that are generally more volatile, but using it on Bitcoin works too.
I am using this for Cryptocurrency alerts, but not for automation to enter or exit a trade. It's important to only use this on normal candles, and only use it as a confirmation of a possible good entry or exit.
RSI MTF TableRSI MTF covers the timeframes 1m, 5m, 15m, 1H, 4H and Daily
Works on any intraday chart and appears in bottom left of screen
Can customise colors and transparency
All in One StudyHere is my All in One Strategy converted into a Study with Alert Conditions you can use for whatever purpose you wish.
Each condition is set up similarly to the way I had the strategy set up, if you pick the indicators you want to base your alerts on it will alert you only if the check box is true.
You can pick one or more of the indicators if you'd like. I only suggest to pick one at a time so you don't have overlapping buy/sell alerts.
I think everyone will find the message of the market falling alert amusing :-)
Stochastic RSI - DurbtradeDurbtrade Stoch RSI -
1) Stoch RSI
A) The K line can be customized to change color based on vertical direction.
B) The space between K line and D line can be filled with a color depending on whether K line is above or below the D line.
C) There are color-coded, cross-over and cross-under background fills, to signal when the K line crosses the D line.
D) K line is drawn in front of D line (D line is drawn behind K line).
E) Default values : K = 3, D = 4, RSI Length = 14, Stoch Length = 14
2) Horizontal Lines
A) Horizontal lines can be drawn automatically, so you don't have to draw them, and they don't extend past the current bar.
B) There are 11 customizable horizontal lines,
and each line is set to non-customizable increments (zero, 10, 20, 30, 40, fifty, 60, 70, 80, 90, hundred).
C) The 11 lines are divided into 2 groups:
a) 4 PAIRS of lines WITH fill options (10/90, 20/80, 30/70, 40/60... 8 lines total), and
b) 3 INDIVIDUAL lines WITHOUT fill options (zero, fifty, hundred).
D) The 4 fills give you the option to fill the space between each pair with a customizable color and opacity,
regardless of whether the lines themselves are drawn or not.
(all default values are what I feel work best for this indicator...
and initially, only the zero, fifty, and hundred lines are drawn automatically .
You may add the other lines if you choose to, by adjusting the opacity to your liking).
3) Conclusion
A) As with my previous indicators, this one maximizes information, color, discernment, clarity, and customization.
B) It is optimized for your ability to be able to easily customize the indicator according to your preferences...
for use on your own personal television, laptop, or cellular phone screen setup... and on all chart zoom levels and layouts.
C) Please feel free to comment your thoughts, critiques, or suggestions. They are all helpful!
D) Check out my previous pine script indicators if you like this one. They work really well together.
E) I hope that you find this script useful.
F) Enjoy!

EMA RSI ATR Hidden Div Strat - 1 MinHey there!
Hereby I present you the EMA RSI Lowest Low Hidden Divergence strategy, which I discovered on a youtube channel.
He has tested the strategy hundreds of times manually, herewith I try to automate the whole thing.
Since I use the strategy with a bot, it can only enter long positions for now. But in the future I will add the possibility to trade short positions.
The strategy was tested with BTC/ USDT in 1m chart (8 days). The values must be adjusted depending on the timeframe and coin.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How does the strategy work?
First of all, we need a bullish hidden divergence.
Once this is detected, the following parameters are checked:
The 50 EMA must cross the 250 EMA .
Then, the candle must close above the 50 EMA .
The K line of the RSI STOCH indicator need to crosses the D line.
If the next candle closes above the 50 EMA , a long position is opened.
The stop loss is determined with the "lowest low/highest high lookback".
The profit factor is multiplied by the value of the lowest low/highest high lookback.
The results of the strategy are without commissions and levers.
If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know in the comments.
In the future I will add other types of stop loss / take profits. (ATR; %; eg.)
I wish you good luck with the strategy!
+ Accumulation/DistributionThis is an updated version (with lots of extras added) of the Accumulation/Distribution indicator coded by @Cl8DH.
You can read about what he says about his indicator, and how to use it, here:
So, from that, what have I done?
I added a moving average (of which there are many types to choose from) so that you can use this as a "two lines cross" indicator, as well as a "mid-line cross" indicator.
I added Bollinger Bands (primarily for when "range" is turned off, but if you want to use the Bands with it in fixed range mode too, that's fine. You do you.).
I added candle coloring for both ways of using this indicator:
In rangebound mode there is overbought and oversold coloring, as well as bullish (ADP above the MA and median) and bearish (ADP below the MA and median), and neutral (ADP is above the MA but below the median, or below the MA and above the median). With range turned off there is no overbought or oversold of course. Above the MA and median is bullish, below both is bearish, and neutral covers that grey area where it's neither one nor the other.
The indicator itself is also colored in the same way the candles are. The MA and BBands are biased colored as well (green/red).
Alerts for pretty much every condition imaginable.
Please note in the image above the indicator is pretty gaudy. I don't use it like that, and you can turn a lot of that stuff off (lines, shading, etc.). That is just the default settings.
Like I said, I think Bollinger Bands make most sense if you have it set to range off, but they could be useful either way. Depends on you, the trader.
The candle color is 100% based on the moving average, so if you are using the BBands, set your MA to the default 20 SMA because that's what BBands use for the basis. If you just turn off the MA, whatever it is set to the indicator will still see that and use it (unless you turn off candle colors) to color the candles.
Above is the same image, but just with range turned off, and the Bollinger Bands turned off.
That's all. Hope you like this! It's becoming a favorite of mine, and a lot of what I've implemented here will be added to my previously released indicators, as well as any new ones.
Market Strength ScannerHey traders, this is a table-based market relative strength and true strength scanner, designed to allow the users to get data from multiple pairs without having to go onto that pair for their strength's. This indicator uses functions to fetch data from other pairs so that the code is optimised and prevents slow loading. Furthermore, the indicator is easy to understand and use as there isn't a lot of settings for it, you can adjust the length of the true strength index or the relative strength index through one input box, you can change the data type from RSI to TSI without changing the code, and you can customise what pairs you want to display. Furthermore, the user can set alerts for the pairs that they want to have such as setting alerts for overbought and oversold zones. That's all to this indicator and I hope it is of use to some people :)
MFI/RSI AveragerLike many traders, I have relied on the RSI / MFI indicators to determine overbought/oversold conditions. Occasionally, these indicators fail to reflect a true top or bottom of a price move. However, I found that when these indicators had confluence with one another--when *both* the MFI and RSI were in overbought/oversold territory at the same time--they tended to be much more reliable.
For a couple weeks I just combined the two indicators into a single pane, constantly (and annoyingly) adjusting the scale so the overbought/oversold lines would match up. Finally, I determined to learn PineScript enough to hack the RSI/MFI into a single indicator that averages the two and plots them on a single line.
Since the RSI/MFI have overbought levels set at 70 & 80 (respectively) and oversold levels at 30 & 20 (respectively), this averager splits the difference and sets them at 75/25.
Enjoy!
EMA+RSI Pump & Drop Swing Sniper (SL+TP) - StrategyThis is the strategy version of the 'EMA-RSI-Pump-Drop-Swing-Sniper-With-Alerts':
Some additions with this strategy:
~Added Stop loss & Take profit control. In Settings > Inputs if the Stop Loss is at .051 that means it's 5.1% and the Take Profit at .096 is 9.6%. If you wish to remove the TP and SL just change the value to 1.00 and it would be the same as it being 100% TP and SL which is likely to never be hit.
~Added Backtesting by changing the month/date/year in Settings > Inputs
~Added a 2nd EMA line to assist with the long entry signals. I only use this for long entry & exits, though you could use the long exits as Short entries too. I just personally don't do short trading on Bitcoin.
This is using an EMA and RSI with slightly modified settings to give good entry and exit points while looking at Bitcoin. I use this on a 1-hour and 4-hour chart and with other indicators to find good positions to enter a trade or exit if things are turning red.
It's important to know this strategy was made as a request by another user that was using the indicator version. I don't use this as a trading strategy by itself, I use the visuals it gives as a confirmation with other indicators to find the best possible entry and exit positions.
If you click on the EMA line it will color the bars of the chart based on if they are above or below the EMA - This is just visually helpful for me to see the active trend.
Make sure you hover over or click on the EMA line to see the colors of the candles change - it's not visible by default or without doing this.
