More suitable for Scalping
1. Plan A: Break out the highest bar
Find the bar with the largest range (high – low) and high volume of the previous N bars.
When the price close breaks down to highest bar, give a SELL signal.
When the price close breaks up the highest, give a BUY signal.
2. Plan B: Break out the bar opened market
The price close breaks through the open bar, give a Buy and Sell signal.
Market sessions: Tokyo, London, Sydney, New York.

Abnormal Pin BarPin Bar is one of the most important candlestick patterns. Almost every time you see a pin bar, you can expect the price to turn in the opposite direction.
You should pay more attention to the abnormal ones among the pin bars. What I mean by abnormal pin bar is that the long leg is at least 3 times larger than the body.
With this indicator, you can set your own abnormal pin bar settings. The indicator will highlight abnormal pin bars according to the settings you specified.
The indicator uses the following three factors to indicate abnormal pin bar:
- Minimum body ratio in the pattern in percent
- Minimum ratio of the long shadow to the body
- Minimum ratio of the long shadow to the short shadow
Also, there is a volume strength check to confirm the pin bar. If the volume where the pin bar is formed is greater than the 20 volume average, it indicates that the pin bar is more important. Of course, confirming the pin bar with the volume is optional and you can disable it in settings if you wish.
You can use the highlights of this indicator as an entry signal if the pin bar appears at the trend key levels or in support or resistance zones.

Alerts:
The alerts are managed by TradingView trading platform features and not by the indicator itself. You must use Engulfing Sell less than zero and Engulfing Buy greater than zero as settings for the alerts.
Trading rules:
For BUY: wait for a bullish Engulfing Bar to print on a support zone after a down trend. Wait for the price to break high of the Engulfing Bar (5 pips above the high for H1 and higher timeframes, 1 pip for M5). Immediately enter in the trade once high is broken. You also can use a BUY STOP order placed 5 pips above the high of the candle (plus spread). Stop Loss should be placed below the low of the Engulfing Bar. If order is not triggered in the next candle, then trade is invalidated and should be canceled.
For SELL: wait for a bearish Engulfing Bar to print on resistance zone after an up trend. Wait for price to break the low of the Engulfing (5 pips below the low for H1 and higher timeframes, 1 pip for M5). Immediately enter in the trade once low is broken. You also can use a SELL STOP order to place 5 pips below the low of the candle. Stop Loss should be placed above the high of the Engulfing Bar. If order is not triggered in the next candle then trade is invalidated and should be canceled.

Pivot Highs/Lows with Bar CountsWhat does the indicator do?
This indicator adds labels to a chart at swing (a.k.a., "pivot") highs and lows. Each label may contain a date, the closing price at the swing, the number of bars since the last swing in the same direction, and the number of bars from the last swing in the opposite direction. A table is also added to the chart that shows the average, min, and max number of bars between swings.
OK, but how do I use it?
Many markets -- especially sideways-moving ones -- commonly cycle between swing highs and lows at regular time intervals. By measuring the number of bars between highs and lows -- both same-sided swings (i.e., H-H and L-L) and opposite-sided swings (i.e., H-L and L-H) -- you can then project the averages of those bar counts from the last high or low swing to make predictions about where the next swing high or low should occur. Note that this indicator does not make the projection for you. You have to determine which swing you want to project from and then use the bar counts from the indicator to draw a line, place a label, etc.
Example: Chart of BTC/USD
The indicator shows pivot highs and lows with bar counts, and it displays a table of stats on those pivots.
If you focus on the center section of the chart, you can see that prices were moving in a sideways channel with very regular highs and lows. This indicator counts the bars between these pivots, and you could have used those counts to predict when the next high or low may have occurred.
The bar counts do not work as well on the more recent section of the chart because there are no regularly time swings.
LBR-Volatility Breakout BarsThe originator of this script is Linda Raschke of LBR Group.
This Pine Script code is the version 5 of LBR Paintbars for TradingView, called "LBR-Bars." It was originally coded for TradingView in version 3 by LazyBear. It uses Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) and optionally True Range to calculate these bands if turned on. These bands are used in the Keltner channel calculation.
3. Keltner Channel Section: This section calculates the upper, middle, and lower lines of the Keltner channels. It also plots these lines on the chart. The colors and visibility of these lines are controlled by user inputs.
4. Volatility Lines Section: This section calculates the upper and lower volatility lines based on the lowest and highest prices over a specified period and the ATR. Ectopic Bar by Moti RakamEctopic Bar is an indicator that highlights a pin-bar candle that has divergence in it's shape and volume delta. To find volume delta, code of standard Up/Down volume indicator has been used.
PIN BAR : pin bar are marked by using Close Range option parameter. Default value is set to 0.35 which implies any candle that closes in the 35% of its high/low will be considered a pin bar (of course the code also ensures that rest of the bar body is only a wick).
HOW IT WORKS:
Up/Down volume variables "Up Volume" and "Down Volume" are checked against the shape of the pin bar to find an ectopic situation. For example, if a bullish pin bar candle (a bullish hammer) has more sell volume than buy volume, that's an ectopic situation. The bullish hammer shows a buying push from the bottom of the wick, instead the up/down volume indicator shows there were more sell orders than buy orders. Hence the ectopic situation. Similarly, an inverted hammer (a bearish hammer) in general should have more sell volume, but instead if it has more buying volume, the indicator highlights it as an ectopic bar.

The average true range (ATR) is a technical analysis indicator, introduced by market technician J. Welles Wilder Jr. in his book New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems, that measures market volatility by decomposing the entire range of an asset price for that period.
Problems of the classic ATR indicator
The indicator does not show the true volatility of the instrument, at the moments of its strong acceleration or deceleration.
For example, after a strong increase in the volatility of an instrument, with smoothing enabled, the indicator value lags a lot and shows high values, while in fact the volatility has returned to its previous values.
A statistically sharp acceleration or deceleration in volatility ends as quickly as it began.
Due to the problem of data lag, the value of the ATP indicator value information is greatly reduced. The more we increase the smoothing period, the more the indicator value will lag.
The solution to the problem with a sharp temporary change in volatility is to exclude from the calculation the values of the sizes of bars whose size deviates strongly from the average value, such bars are called paranormal.
Examples of paranormal bars
Paranormal bars occur when there is a sharp acceleration or deceleration of the instrument's volatility.
This is characterized by the size of the bars, which are much smaller or larger than their average value in the next period of time.

The example shows that where sharp changes in the instrument's volatility are temporary, they do not affect the value of the ATR_WPB indicator.

True Range (TR), which is defined as the greatest of the following:
* Current High less the current Low
* Current High less the previous Close (absolute value)
* Current Low less the previous Close (absolute value)
TrueRange = max {High-Low ; High - Close_previous ; Close_previous-Low}
Blue - Momentum (MTM) is a simple leading momentum indicator
Momentum (MTM) is simply calculated by subtracting the previous price close from the latest price close using the formula:
Momentum = Latest close - Specified close
where the specified period is any previous price close specified by the trader. The result is plotted as an unbound oscillator that oscillates above and below a center line, namely the zero line.
Red - ATR_WPB indicator
Mean value for N bars from a sample that excludes paranormal bars.
How to use
The value of the ATR_WPB indicator can be used to calculate the parameters of a trade, for example, to calculate the amount of risk (stop) per trade, taking 10%-15% of ATR_WPB as the amount of risk.
If we take the ATR_WPB value on the daily chart, we can assume how far the instrument can travel in a day, because the TrueRange value will always tend to the ATR_WPB value.
If the value of Momentum is significantly less than ATR_WPB, then we can conclude that the instrument has sufficient margin of movement, since the value of Momentum will tend to catch up with the value of ATR_WPB.
If the Momentum value is greater than ATR_WPB, then it is worth recognizing that the instrument has already exhausted the energy of its movement, since statistically the Momentum value rarely exceeds the ATR_WPB value.

(JS)DMI BarsAlright - so this is my own version of John Carter's "10x Bars"... I have done multiple things that are different from his version so they are slightly different..
So first of all the main indicator is based off of the ADX and the DMI;
For those who aren't familiar with it, Directional Movement is what you'd pull up under "built-in's" from the indicators tab (if you want to check it out).
The standard interpretation of this however, is when the ADX is above 20 that suggests the trend is strong, whereas under 20 suggests it is weak.
Also, when the D+ is above the D- that suggests a bullish trend, and D- above D+ suggests a bearish trend.
These bars take away the need to have it at the bottom of your screen, and places the data on the bars on your chart instead.

So here's what the colors stand for -
Yellow - The ADX is under 20, no strength in trend
Shades of green occur when the ADX is above 20 and there's a bullish trend (D+ higher than D-)
Bright Green (Lime) - Bullish trend, D+ above 30
Green - Bullish Trend
Yellow Green - Bullish trend, D+ below 15
Shades of red occur when the ADX is above 20 and there's a bearish trend (D- higher than D+)
Bright Red - Bearish trend, D- above 30
Red - Bearish Trend
Orange - Bearish trend, D- below 15

I have also added multiple time frame labels (label script used is the one created by Ricardo Santos)
These labels are color coded the same as the bars/candles, and they appear off to the right of your screen using every built in time increment from TradingView.
The purpose is to show you in real time, and on any chart resolution, what the current trend is on every individual time frame.
So using just one single chart you'll see your current resolutions candles, but also on the labels you'll see:

There is an input I added that allows you to adjust where your labels appear on the side of your screen as well!

Now onto the volume spike portion of the indicator. This will plot a blue dot under each bar that has a spike in volume which meets your specified criteria.
I have 500% as the default setting.
What that means is that this indicator looks back and gets the 50 bar volume average and then applies dots where volume is 500% above average.

Now finally, the reversal arrows. This is another simple to understand concept that I first read in John Carter's book "Mastering the Trade" that he calls "HOLP/LOHP".
I have added the ability to change the look back period you'd like the indicator to watch for highs and lows on.
What that stands for is 'High of Low Period' and 'Low of High Period', and it is used like this-
Whenever a bar makes a new high the indicator watches the low on that highest bar. Then when a bar afterwards makes a lower low then the one on the high bar,
a reversal arrow is given. Apply this same concept in the other direction in for the highs on the lowest bars.

Now, I didn't want to make a "set" or have a bunch of different indicators out there that are all intended for the same package, so I took the time to put them together,
and if there's a part of it you don't care for they can easily be turned off in the settings.
