Activist got 2 board members into the company six months ago. I believe still some work to be done and possibly a year end wash out. It may take some work and awhile to get this moving in the right direction. Getting out of the 2 divisions and concentrating on core area is the right think to do, (along with the CEO removal) but they did not address saving from that move yet. Would not be long here but possible buy on a dip if bad news and LT horizon.
