9500.0 level is the Double Bottom Resistance, the breakthrough of this level confirms the formation of the figure.
If the price will hold above the 9500.0 level and if volumes will rise - the beginning of the uptrend movement should be considered. Next resistance will be 10000.0 psychological level and Bearish Trend Line resistance.
