EUR vs AUD is sitting on the support zone from a previous range at 1.40195 & 1.39726. Price has pierced through this zone but is showing some bullish strength as price has pushed higher above the zone. We are seeing some buying pressure as there is a rejection at this level but remember this is a daily candle and we have about 4 hours till closing. With that said looking at the last four candles we have broken previous lows which is still showing the downside strength. I think a violation of the previous low of the current candle at 1.39434 could start the break of this level but again we have to watch out for the bear traps. Based off of what I am seeing currently my short term bias is bullish at this level but I think ultimately we might see the violation. Thanks for checking out my post!
