We had a breakout but it fizzled out by the end of the day. I am still bullish though

This idea has failed. The ECB announced that QE was ending in December and theoretically the euro was supposed to gain but it fell instead. This is why it is difficult to trade with just fundamentals alone. The end of QE should mean less weakening of the euro but that is not what happened.
