eur/usd movement

hi friends,in the eur/usd we have two scenarios,a strong one and the weak one,by the fibo ret we have a strong support line in level 70.70% and a weak resistance line in level 61.8%,at this time the price try to test the 61.8% if it succeeds to break the 61.8% We expect to rise the price,
but i guess the price goes to 70.70% and then make a strong pull back to reach the growth level.
