EU - Bulls🐂 took an initiative???

As stated on our previous idea about the Euro-Dollar pair, the price consolidating (Fair Value of Price).
We waited for either side to take an initiative to drive the price in any direction, which the bulls did.

Is it the beginning of the rally or it's just another mere trap?
Fundamentals can answer that question.
