GDX is not above the break-out signal level. Expecting Stoch RSI (and similar momentum indicators) to become embedded IF this is in fact a 3rd wave.
I've taken several alternative counts off the chart. The blue 1-2 seems highly unlikely at this point, but I left it alone for now. Over the 100% extension of green i-ii it'll come off as well. See 30m idea for details.
