Good opportunity for Head & Shoulders configuration here. I see the top of the right shoulder at 10015 confirmed to me by another indicator I use (the top right dark bleu line). If I see that configuration my first TP is 9833 (38,2 Fib), that level is confirmed to me by the second dark blue line. After that I expect pullback to the neckline and my second TP is the level of 9660-9640 which is the target of that H&S, The cross from the last dark blue line and 61.8 Fib retracement.
