After the cup and handle neckline break of 342, the first target of 443 was reached. Currently it's looking like it's consolidating a bit at this level and getting ready for a move to the next target of 500. One option could be to lock in some profit at this level and move your stop loss to the neckline breakout level in anticipation for the next leg up that could take some time to complete.
