All of the perceived "bad news" about the merger is already baked into the cake making KL an exceptional bargain here. I say perceived bad news because i believe this was a good strategic move which will be reflected in the share price going forward.

Not many really good stocks are cheap at the moment. This is one that is cheap with huge gold production potential. Tracing out a bull flag now, good place to buy.
