LTC reaching confluence of resistances

Price is near a high resistance zone, in a rising wedge with bearish divergences on multiple time scales with drop in volume. Price also reached the target of the breakout from the midterm falling wedge (see idea below).

If this is not enough reasons for a correction, I don't know what is, better not do TA.
