ALT season loaded?

Others.D is bouncing from an established trend line that has held strong for years. Now of course, trendlines fail all the time, but it has bounced from it three prior times, with the first bounce back in 2019. The stochastic has crossed bullish (green circle on right) below the oversold region and then back into intermediate territory, for the first time since May 2023. This is when the ALT market last started picking up steam. Could this be a sign that ALTs outside the top ten are really about to pop into ALT season? Personally I don't see an ALT season without BTC going at least somewhat parabolic so lets see what happens there. Also I won't seriously start considering an ALT season is on the horizon, until I see a higher high in price action and the monthly stochastic flips over bullish.
